DILUTION RATIO
1:1 (parts essential oil to carrier oil). Dilute with a carrier oil before using.
DIFFUSION
Add up to 10 drops directly to an ultrasonic or nebulizing diffuser. Diffuse in a well-ventilated area. Diffuse intermittently for safety.
Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily. Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice. Keep children out of the direct line of mist. Diffuse in 30-60 minute intervals with ample break periods for safe and effective use.
INHALATION
Inhale 1-3 times from the bottle or rub a few drops on your hands, cup your hands around your nose, and inhale 1-3 times.
TOPICAL APPLICATION
Apply 2-4 drops directly to desired area. Apply 1-2 drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
